Back to Word!  Psalm 31 – Exodus 4:10-20 – 1 Corinthians 12:31-13:2 – Mark 9:30-41.

Do we seek refuge in God?  The guy who wrote today’s Psalm does – He trust in God.  How about us?  Do we trust or do we think we are in control.  This happens to me all the time.  I will be getting ready to preach like I did yesterday and I am amazed at how God does His thing.  I worry about what the message will be and then it hits me – it is HIS message.  Sure I gotta study and pray. I get that – we do our part and yet it is God who shows up and gives us what we need.  That’s what the goalie sees this week – God gets the credit for the save!

Happy Valentines Day everyone!  Day 45!  Exodus 14 and Matthew 15:1-20!

Ok, so its Valentines Day – its all about love.  So, where’s the love in God crushing the army of Egypt?  Actually, God is showing a great deal of love for His people.  Yeah, but what if you are on the Egyptians side?  Doesn’t look so good there, does it?  Not really.  But that’s the point: you wanna be on Gods side.  God is the one who is in control – He wins – get it?

Hey late here on Friday – I’ll make it up with some readings! 2 Chronicles 18, Revelation 7, Haggai 3, Zechariah 3, and Psalm 123-125.
